The King Post Apartments, Gym and Spa Support Rugby

BRAMWEL SHIKANDA (plays Wing & Full Back) says this of gym equipment support from The King Post Gym & Spa to Western Bulls Rugby Club

DISCIPLINE, coupled with Consistency in gym and field training are the main pillars for a team’s success and we are no exception. For us (Western Bulls) the former is our strength. Fitness is everything in Rugby and any sport. I do train with the club and I have to admit our gym is well equipped. The equipment has kept the boys on the right track in terms of physical strength and mental preparedness when meeting opponents. It is however not an easy way round in training (with the equipment) for it requires lots of Hard work and Consistency to achieve results in terms of muscle growth and physical strength.

We are very grateful to The King Post Apartments for this support to our club and our sport.

The King Post Apartments Sponsor Talented Indian Singer In Nairobi

The Young Ghazal Maestro – a title bestowed upon him by the Indian Music Academy and presented by Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia in the presence of the former President of India, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam. He has previously performed live in over 300 concerts for Ghazal fans in USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai and Muscat, just to name a few.

Nairobi was no different – this sensational Ghazal singer mesmerized one and all with his catchy Ghazal tunes accompanied with beautiful shairis (poems) at the nearby Anghiti Restaurant banquette hall between the 27th & 28th June 2014 and received a standing ovation at both his concerts. On his final day, he visited the Nanaksar Sikh Temple (Gurdwara) and joined in to sing devotional hymns with great dedication that was appreciated by different generations.
The King Post Apartments is privileged to have had the opportunity to be chosen as the Accommodation Sponsors for this talented young singer.
